MAY: Mario Lopez

Born in Baja California raised in Boyle Heights/East Los Angeles. As a self taught artist he was always inspired by all that surrounded him through his community, such as murals, graffiti, and plenty of Mexican culture like the music, food and big family gatherings. He's been involved around art as far back as he could hold a pencil.

Now as an adult and with a Bachelors in Media Arts and Animation he has taken his artwork into a different level of art. he's also known for tattoo work, wood and rock carvings, illustrations, and creating logos for up coming businesses.

You'll always find Mario at his studio in Whittier, CA. At heart he's a nonconformist, always trying to push his skills to the next level.
